Welcome to Temposy. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Temposy platform (website and mobile application), operated by Edoardo Marceddu, located in Italy ("Temposy", "We", "Platform").
By accessing or using Temposy, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Temposy is a digital platform that allows users to discover, organize, and participate in events and experiences. The Platform is currently under development and some features may not yet be available.
2. Registration
2.1. To use certain features, you must register an account.
2.2. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
2.4. All information provided must be accurate and truthful.

3.2 Managing Preferences
- You can modify your email preferences in your account settings.
- Every promotional email contains an unsubscribe link.
- Unsubscribe requests are processed within 48 hours.
3.3 Anti-Spam Commitment
Temposy commits to:

- Only send emails to users who have provided consent.
- Automatically remove invalid addresses (bounces) and spam complaints.
- Comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable electronic communication regulations.

4. Code of Conduct
The following is prohibited:
- Providing false information
- Using the platform for illegal purposes
- Harassing other users
- Violating third-party intellectual property rights
5. Limitation of Liability
Temposy is not responsible for:
- Temporary service interruptions
- Content published by users
- Indirect damages arising from the use of the Platform
6. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Temposy complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
7. Account Termination
You may request deletion of your account by contacting: support@temposy.com
Temposy may suspend accounts in case of Terms violation.
8. Modifications
Temposy may modify these Terms. Changes will be communicated via email with at least 15 days notice.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For disputes, the Court of Milan shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
